2007 Central Indiana Housing Summit
This study, conducted by Dr. David Keuhl of Ball State University of behalf of MIBOR and BAGI, surveyed more than 100 local public officials regarding their opinions of housing affordability in their communities. The study also examines their opinions of the barriers that exist to achieving affordability.
Conducted by the Center for Housing Policy in Washington, DC, this is the national affordability study upon which the local version is based. Study author Jeffrey Lubell presented at the Summit.
