Tadd Miller is the co-founder of Kosene & Kosene Residential, Inc, an Indianapolis based real estate development company that has transformed the east side of downtown Indianapolis and become a nationally recognized leader in the growing field of mixed use development. Tadd graduated in 1998 from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Ball State University, completed his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2002, then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University in 2006. Tadd is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Indiana Leadership Forum, and is a co-founder of Indianapolis based Wellfount Pharmaceuticals.  In his free time, Tadd is a pilot and enjoys traveling with his wife Julie and their son Ethan.
