Continuing Education | Code of Ethics Training | Pre Licensing
Indiana went through a period of transition prior to July 1, 2014 in which the Real Estate Commission eliminated the salesperson license and required all licensees to gain broker licensure. The educational requirements for entry into the profession were raised to 90 hours and continuing education was set at 12 hours each year (July 1 – June 30). Brokers who received their licenses on or after July 1, 2014 are required to complete a specific 30 hour post licensing course. For more information about the new requirements, visit the Commission’s website at http://www.in.gov/pla/real.htm.
