Housing data released by MIBOR this week shows an increase in pending and closed sales for May; increases that represent a slowing from the double digit increases we experienced in the early spring months. Pending sales are up 9.3 percent in May and 10.8 for the three months ending in May. Closed sales increased 4.2 percent in May and 9.7 for the quarter. ...more »
