Housing data released by MIBOR today shows healthy increases in all metrics in February. January’s impressive jump in new listings and pending sales came to fruition in February as closed sales rose 12.6 percent in February and increased 12.8 percent for the three months ending in February. The Indiana General Assembly recently reached the half-way mark of the 2015 legislative session where all bills must have passed out of their house of origin – either the Senate or the House of Representatives – in order to proceed. In order to become a law, those bills will now need to pass the other house and ultimately get signed by the Governor.

A citation is a much quicker means of reporting potentially unethical conduct when there is clear, strong, and convincing evidence to support the allegation.

Recently the City of Beech Grove introduced a proposal aimed at holding property owners accountable to maintain conduct and provide a pleasant environment for their neighbors. The proposal would define a disorderly house and a place of nuisance where prohibited conduct is suspected and where a notice will be sent ordering the owner to abate such suspected prohibited conduct.
