Real Estate Academy of Leadership Begins 17th Year
On Thursday, July 28, 23 REALTOR® and Affiliate members of MIBOR began the 17th year of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL). An orientation reception was held at the MIBOR office and nearly 80 REAL Alumni attended to wish the new class well. Learn More...
Applications for the 2012-2013 Class of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership will be available in Spring of 2012.
About REALFounded in 1995 by MIBOR, the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (R.E.A.L.) is a proactive effort to identify individuals from the association's membership who have leadership interest and potential.
MIBOR's goal is to help prepare candidates to be successful leaders in the real estate profession and in the central Indiana community. R.E.A.L. is a dynamic training program designed to expose participants to the principles of leadership as well as issues and trends in the community.
The first "REAL" class graduated in 1996 and 315 REALTOR® and Affiliate members have completed the program since its inception.
