Annual Fund
All Annual Fund donations will be used to fund the grants from the Foundation to recipient organizations that are announced each October.

You may make a straight donation or you may make it “In memory of” or “In honor of” or even “In celebration of” someone.

Many donors prefer to give a gift in honor of a colleague or buyer after a closing. If you wish to donate in honor of someone, please email the honored person’s information to the Foundation staff by clicking here. You may still make your donation in any of the ways listed below.

  • Telephone - Make your donation by credit card over the phone. The Foundation accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Call 317/956-5255 to phone in your donation.
  • Mail - Click here to download an annual fund pledge card and return your donation by mail.
  • On-line - Make your contribution online through the Internet Member Services page at http://ims.mibor.net. After entering your public and private ID, click on "Contribute to RPAC or the REALTOR® Foundation." Enter your contribution amount in the box to the right of the words "REALTOR® Foundation Donation," then click "Pay by Credit Card". A receipt will be sent to you by e-mail after your credit card is processed. At this time, Honor/Memory gifts can not be made online.

The REALTOR® Foundation Legacy Society
A Home That’s Built to Last

Do you own a piece of property in your portfolio that would be better used as a charitable gift? The REALTOR® Foundation encourages deferred giving in the form of cash, securities or pieces of property.

  • Bequests: You can keep investing in the the metropolitan Indianapolis region through the REALTOR® Foundation by specifically requesting us in your will. Free from tax burden, your gift will be endowed, not used for annual operating expense. Your presence will be felt within the real estate community and the greater metropolitan Indianapolis community for years to come.

Examples of items that could be left to your Foundation in a will are:
    1. Cash
    2. Securities
    3. Real estate
    4. Personal property
  • Life Insurance Policies: Another exciting way to make a contribution to the Home That’s Built to Last is to name the REALTOR® Foundation as a beneficiary in your current life insurance policy. In this way, small personal contributions can make an enormous impact
