CHIP’s Annual Celebration CHIP’s (Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention) Annual Celebration will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at the Madame Walker Theatre Grand Casino Ballroom. Dr. Dennis Culhane, the featured speaker, is an expert on homeless and housing issues. Awards will be given to individuals and organizations who have fought homelessness and one award will be given to a formerly homeless individual. Tickets are $25 each. RSVP to

CHIP and Foundation Form Partnership While the Foundation and CHIP have worked toward a common goal for several years, the two have recently formed a formal partnership in evaluating Marion County organization grant applications. By working together toward the goals of the Blueprint to End Homelessness, both organizations and homeless service providers throughout Indianapolis benefit!
Thornberry Family Gives Back When Don Thornberry passed away on July 18, the family chose to honor his legacy in the real estate industry by listing the Foundation as the designated memorial charity. The impact was immediate and strong - $3,246 has been raised in his name to date with all donations being used for grants to assist homeless organizations this year. |
