New Member Orientation
New Member Orientation is a requirement for REALTOR® & Designated REALTOR® membership. Affiliate members are welcome to attend New Member Orientation, but it is not a requirement of membership. MIBOR offers a virtual orientation on the first Thursday of every month.
After completing the application and receiving approval, orientation must be completed within three months or the application will be deactivated. If you are unable to attend within the given time period, you will be required to pay a $50.00 reinstatement fee and attend the next month’s orientation class.
Required Code of Ethics Training
Code of Ethics training must be completed on or before the orientation date.
To complete the required Code of Ethics training, please visit the National Associated of REALTORS website, here. If the course has been completed through another provider, please submit the course certificate to MIBOR's membership team here.
New Designated REALTOR® Online Orientation is a requirement for all new managing brokers. Once you have completed your application, your next step is to complete our online orientation. This course can be taken any time within 90 days. You will receive a link to the online platform once our team receives your application.
In addition, if you are new to MIBOR, you will need to complete our New Member Orientation. Please see the above information for more.
