REALTORS® RELEASE APRIL CENTRAL INDIANA HOUSING DATA

INDIANAPOLIS — New housing data issued by the MIBOR REALTOR® Association (MIBOR) for April 2022 shows an increase in median sales price. The median sales price rose 15.5 percent in April compared to April 2021, and 3.8 percent compared to March 2022. Pending sales decreased .5 percent in year over year comparison. What project will be next? In late April 2022, the MIBOR Economic and Community Development Council reviewed the second round of grant applications for the year. The council voted to invest in 11 projects around the MIBOR region, totaling $42,000 in investment for the second round.
