Just as we advanced to digital listings from a paper book, we needed a more efficient way to show a home other than running to the brokerage to grab a key. Modern lock boxes track each time the lock box is used, ensuring the safety and security of the homeowner and buyer’s agents. Depending on the platform being used, agents are notified in a variety of ways, including text message and email.
