Kendra joined MIBOR’s Member Support team in January 2025 as a MIBOR Experience Specialist. In this role, she focuses on ensuring members are well cared for when reaching out to MIBOR. Before joining MIBOR, Kendra worked in various customer service positions for over 10 years, striving to provide the best support possible to anyone who needed it.
In her free time, Kendra enjoys finding hidden gems at garage sales to improve home décor for herself and others. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and making memories that will last a lifetime. Together, they enjoy watching sports, playing board games, going to farmers markets, and gardening. Her favorite part of working for MIBOR is the staff’s kind, caring, and team-oriented mindset.
