Our Team

Ben first joined MIBOR’s technology department in November 2017 as a Help Desk Specialist. Since then, he has occupied several positions at MIBOR including Government Affairs Associate and Data Integrity & Resolutions Specialist. Ben rejoined the MIBOR staff in December 2024 and now serves as the MIBOR Support Supervisor, providing escalated support for the Help Desk and MIBOR Experience teams. He enjoys utilizing his unique combination of experience to provide comprehensive support for both his team and MIBOR members.

Ben has worked in the real estate industry since 2014, having been employed with F.C. Tucker Company, MIBOR, and eXp Realty. He remained engaged with MIBOR while he was a practicing agent by serving as the Chairperson of the BLC® Policy Committee. In his spare time, Ben enjoys learning about cars, gardening, caring for his Pomeranian, and spending time with loved ones. His favorite part about working for MIBOR is the passion, camaraderie, and mission shared by staff and members alike.
