Our Team

Julie Randall joined MIBOR in March 2025 to lead the REALTOR® Foundation’s work to mobilize the real estate profession in the mission to end homelessness in central Indiana. With a background in nonprofit leadership and a degree in social work from Valparaiso University, she has built her career around housing and community stability.

Julie believes real estate professionals have a unique and powerful role to play in solving homelessness — and she’s here to turn that belief into action. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, running, and spending time with her family.
