Our Team

Melanie joined MIBOR in October 2023 as the Marketing and Communications Division Liaison overseeing MIBOR’s 13 divisions and working closely to grow their leadership. In addition to working with the divisions, Melanie helps manage MIBOR’s social media platforms and serves as a staff liaison for MIBOR NextGen committee planning educational, networking and volunteer events for members who are new to the real estate industry.

Prior to joining MIBOR, Melanie worked in different sales roles ranging from retail sales and cold calling to social selling and networking. When Melanie isn’t at MIBOR, she is coaching high school cheerleading, spending meaningful mom and daughter time, or just curling up on the couch watching reality tv.

Melanie’s favorite part about working for MIBOR is watching members grow into their leadership roles and serving its members with like-minded staff.
