Our Team

Joel first joined MIBOR in May 2019 as the Director of Information Technology. Making a notable impact on MIBOR’s technology advancements, he was promoted to the Vice President of Information Technology in 2024. In this role he oversees all the internal technology for MIBOR, working with vendors to ensure we have the right tools to serve our members. Prior to MIBOR, Joel began his career in IT over 10 years ago working for the State of Indiana.

An avid Star Trek fan, Joel enjoys a quiet movie marathon at home with his family, or a nice meal at his favorite restaurant. At MIBOR, the people, welcoming atmosphere, and eagerness for improvement are what Joel values most.
