The MIBOR REALTOR® Association, founded in 1912, proudly serves nearly 10,000 members across 14 counties, and strengthens the marketplace through collaboration, advocacy, professionalism, education, and innovation.
Providing the tools, training, and support needed to thrive in an evolving marketplace, MIBOR champions ethical business practices, cutting-edge technology—like the Broker Listing Cooperative® (BLC®), and ongoing development to create opportunities for growth and success for its members and staff.

MIBOR’s commitment extends beyond business and is deeply committed to community impact initiatives, including ongoing REALTOR® Foundation efforts. Over the past 40 years, The REALTOR® Foundation has awarded over $3 million in grants to nonprofits focused on preventing and ending homelessness. By driving progress and supporting our members, MIBOR ensures a dynamic and efficient marketplace that benefits both REALTOR® professionals and the communities they serve.
MIBOR REALTOR® Association serves Boone, Brown, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Parke, Putnam, and Shelby counties. MIBOR also supplies the BLC® service to REALTORS® in Bartholomew, Jackson, and Jennings counties.

Our Governance
The MIBOR REALTOR® Association is governed by policy created by the MIBOR Board of Directors, providing direction and strategy for the Association. Check out our policies and procedures for the operating committees as well as staff of MIBOR.
