Core BLC® Training - recorded classes
Coming later this year, the MIBOR Broker Listing Cooperative will introduce connectBLC as its new listing service. connectBLC is a one-of-a-kind multiple listing service solution with millisecond response time and ease of access on all devices and platforms. Rich embedded features and seamless integrations allow connectBLC to be an intuitive, all-in-one listing service that ensures our members have the best resources at their fingertips.
Prior to launching connectBLC, MIBOR will offer numerous opportunities for members to attend advance preview sessions of the system. Focus groups, driven by the recommendation of managing brokers, are already being formed to provide feedback on connectBLC leading up to its launch in January 2023. Members will be invited to participate as we begin moving into this phase of the project.
Several areas of focus will include an intuitive search experience built on the most-used data fields and functions used by MIBOR members, streamlined mobile-ready functionality for access from anywhere, collaboration among team members to improve real-world business operations, and a listing entry process that encourages accurate data entry to prevent errors and mistakes before a listing is published. Together, these initiatives will continue ensuring that MIBOR REALTORS® are the source of real-time property information in Central Indiana.
