April joined MIBOR’s technology department in April 2023 as a Help Desk Specialist. Throughout her time at MIBOR, April has occupied various support roles including Help Desk Specialist, Account Manager, and currently works as the Data Integrity and Resolutions Specialist. April’s efforts ensure the most reliable and accurate data is available through the BLC® in a timely manner. Before joining MIBOR, April spent several years in the mortgage industry.
On a day-to-day basis, she monitors listings to ensure compliance with BLC® Rules & Regulations while working alongside vendor partners to implement and enhance the violation reporting process within the BLC®. Her favorite part of working for MIBOR is the fact that staff is always open to new ideas that will improve our members’ experience.
In her free time, April’s a dedicated reader who particularly enjoys fantasy, science fiction, and anything written by Stephen King. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family seeing movies, listening to music and singing together.
