Our Team

Deborah Lynn Mosley joined MIBOR in May 2025 as a Member Support Specialist. In this role, she offers a wide range of support to all our members ranging from assisting in the application process, purchasing items from the REALTOR ® Store, and guiding new members through the onboarding requirements.

She brings 15 years of experience in Customer Service/Call Center roles and experience with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, preparing her to thrive in her role at MIBOR. Outside of work, she is passionate about poetry and hopes to publish her work one day.

Deborah has a personal interest in decorating, home staging, and interior color design, which lead to her interest in the real estate industry. She believes MIBOR feels like home and is a place she was destined to work for.
