Our Team

Felecia has been serving MIBOR members since August 1997 when she joined the MIBOR team as the Membership Lockbox Coordinator. In this role she trains new agents on lock boxes, processes applications and letters of good standing, assists members with membership needs, and is best known for being the friendly face at the front desk greeting MIBOR members.

Prior to coming to MIBOR Felecia worked for a non-profit health care organization for 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys going to a walk and hosting game nights with family and friends.

Over the past 27 years working for this organization, she has seen so many changes in the industry. The Leadership and staff at MIBOR have lived out the MIBOR mission statement of “Empowering Members and Strengthening the Market,” making Felecia proud to be a part of the MIBOR family.
