Our Team

Joan joined MIBOR’s Member Experience team in January 2025 as a MIBOR Experience Specialist. Joan delivers exceptional service to members as the first point of contact. Before joining MIBOR, she served in various roles surrounding property management and customer service.

In addition to her day job, Joan has been a beautician for over 30 years and helped open a salon. She especially enjoys styling natural hair. In her free time, Joan can be found spending quality time with her family cooking and playing games, meditating, or caring for her 40+ house plants.

Joan is proud to call MIBOR home and her favorite part of the job is the comfortable and kind energy one feels walking through the doors.
