Our Team

Leah joined MIBOR as a temp in September 2023, assisting the Vice President of Membership and Professional Standards with various data-entry related tasks. In December 2023, Leah officially joined MIBOR as a Member Support Specialist/Onboarding Specialist, processing new membership applications, creating branch offices, and ensuring accuracy of all new member information. In September 2024, Leah expanded her role, becoming the Member Support Team Leader where she monitors call statistics, creates new membership processes, and assists with other membership items as needed.

Prior to joining MIBOR, Leah worked in a variety of industries ranging from processing specialist for a financial firm, property manager, and front desk civilian employee for a police department. Outside of work, Leah is a mom to 3 really cool kids and 2 quirky cats. She loves going on adventures with her kids, playing video games, and attending music festivals. Leah’s favorite part about working for MIBOR is getting to meet so many new people while working in an environment that is warm and inviting. She has a deep appreciation for all of her colleagues and is very excited to see what the future holds.
