
Shauna Mountcastle
Member Support Specialist
Shauna joined MIBOR as a Membership Support Specialist in August 2024. In this role, she supports our members in all aspects of their membership from profile information updates to questions about the NAR Code of Ethics requirements and anything in between. Shauna focuses on supporting our new members by helping them through our New Member Orientation requirements.
Shauna got her start in the Real Estate world in 2019, when she started working as an office manager at a brokerage in Southwest Florida and fell in love with the Real Estate World. Since then, she has maintained involvement in the Real Estate industry by working in a variety of administrative roles for brokerages and teams in both Florida and Indiana.
She enjoys spending her free time crocheting, playing card games with her husband, and hiking. She hopes to visit and hike in every National Park in the Continental United States! She chose to work at MIBOR because of the passion and vision that our leadership operates with. Shauna loves working here because every decision and action is made with the thought in mind of how to best serve our membership long-term; and I am so happy to be a part of it!
