MIBOR Master Professional (MPRO)

The MIBOR Master Professional (MPRO) Certification Program, designed to help members achieve excellence in core competencies, is tailored to the specific needs of REALTORS® in central Indiana. Twice a year, we offer MPRO Boot Camp, which provides an opportunity for members to complete the MPRO core courses and earn up to 9 hours of CE credit.

No matter how long you’ve been in the industry, MPRO is a great way to expand your knowledge and demonstrate your commitment to the highest standards of professionalism. If you’re a new REALTOR®, MPRO can help shorten your learning curve. It provides a deep dive into many aspects of our industry, as well as opportunities to get involved with MIBOR and network with other real estate professionals.

Real Estate Academy of Leadership

The Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL) offers unparalleled professional development and networking opportunities to rising leaders. Over the course of nine months, participants gain the tools they need to be effective leaders within MIBOR, the greater real estate industry, and their communities.

While anyone with any level of experience is welcome to apply, participants tend to find REAL more beneficial after being in the industry for at least two years.

MIBOR NextGen

MIBOR NextGen is our Young Professionals Network (YPN) designed to help rising real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them resources and encouragement to become involved in leadership, networking, and community.

MIBOR NextGen hosts events throughout the year focusing on education, community service and networking. Our mission is to guide new members into becoming active participants (and leaders!) in this industry, and to contribute to their success in their careers.

MIBOR Committees

MIBOR has 11 committees of members that help lead the organization and ensure our priorities are influenced directly by our members. Whether you are interested in the BLC® technology tools, political advocacy, upholding professionalism, or one of the many other committee focuses, there is a committee for you. We open applications every year to allow for a consistent rotation of members, so we always have new ideas and voices contributing to the organization.

MIBOR Divisions

MIBOR Divisions are a unique perk of our association that you will not find in any other REALTOR® association in the country. There are 13 divisions across the MIBOR service area that members can get involved in. Divisions are member-led, featuring educational speakers and networking opportunities each month for members to connect in their local area.
