Member Experience Specialist

Cameron Harris joined MIBOR in September 2026, supporting members with technology questions and helping them confidently use the tools available to them.

Cameron holds a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University and brings eight years of experience as a licensed REALTOR®. Before joining the staff, he was an active MIBOR member, serving on the BLC® Technology Committee, participating in RPAC, and completing the REAL program in 2023. His background gives him a firsthand understanding of members’ needs and how technology supports their daily work.

Outside of MIBOR, Cameron enjoys cooking, traveling, exploring new restaurants, Bible study, and spending time with his wife. He stays active through F45, HYROX, DEKA, and playing and watching sports. He also serves on the board of RDOOR Housing Corporation, which develops and preserves affordable housing.Having experienced MIBOR as both a member and volunteer, Cameron appreciates the organization’s humility and commitment to the industry. He hopes to help share MIBOR’s story so members can better see the impact, advocacy, support, and leadership happening on their behalf every day.
