
Chris Carmichael
Hospitality Administrator
Chris started at MIBOR in February 2024, joining the BLC® Team as the Administrative Assistant to the BLC® and supports the daily operations for the entire team. In addition, Chris provides support to the BLC® Policy and BLC® Technology Committees. Before joining the MIBOR family, Chris spent time in a variety of environments. She has served in commercial retail positions, various caretaking roles, and as the managing editor of an award-winning publication. In January 2026, Chris transitioned into the role of Hospitality Administrator. In this new position, she manages building responsibilities and administrative tasks to ensure everyone who enters the MIBOR building is seen, cared for, and empowered.
Chris is a self-proclaimed “Hobby Collector,” who loves to create while learning and refining new skills. On any given day, she can be found baking, cooking, knitting, crocheting, paper quilling, embroidering, sketching, painting, sculpting, singing, or dancing. When she isn’t making something new, Chris enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her family, friends, and dog. Her favorite places in the world include Turkey Run and Door Peninsula State Parks.
Chris’ favorite thing about working for MIBOR is learning the intricacies of the Real Estate Industry surrounded by the kind and inclusive MIBOR staff who make her stronger every day.
