
Courtney Gibson
Finance and Billing Coordinator
Courtney began her MIBOR career in the Membership department in August 2023 before transitioning to the Finance department in July 2024. As the Finance and Billing Coordinator, Courtney is tasked with creating the billing schedule, processing financial requests, managing accounts receivable, assisting our members with their billing needs, and so much more. She also serves as a helping hand in our Membership department and is the staff liaison for our Shelby/Decatur Division.
Prior to starting her career with MIBOR, Courtney worked in warehousing and logistics where she was able to gain management experience and develop her leadership skills. She is currently working towards getting an MBA with a concentration in finance and a minor in psychology.
Courtney enjoys reading, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Salem. Courtney’s favorite part about working at MIBOR is interacting with the members and giving back to her community through REALTOR® Action Day and volunteering for the REALTOR® Foundation.
