Our Team

Jay started at MIBOR in September 2024 as the Director of Legal Affairs. In this role he divides his time between supporting the ethics complaint and hearing process as part of the Professional Services team and assisting with general in-house counsel responsibilities.

While relatively new to the real estate industry, Jay has been a licensed attorney since 2010 and has over 25 years’ experience in non-profit work and non-profit administration. Before coming to MIBOR, Jay spent 10 years as the Executive Director for Circle City Clubhouse providing a community for individuals recovering from mental illness where they were welcomed, valued, needed and supported. In his spare time, Jay enjoys woodworking, reading, community theater, cooking (especially making and canning his own salsa) and spending time with his wife and two teenage children. His favorite part about working for MIBOR is getting to know the amazing community of MIBOR members and staff.
