Our Team

Josh is a lifelong resident of Central Indiana and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 22 years as a licensed REALTOR®.  Josh also served in local government as Operations Deputy at the Marion County Treasurer’s Office, collecting the property tax levy and administering delinquent property tax sales.  Before joining the MIBOR REALTOR® Foundation, Josh fully realized his passion for issues of housing affordability as Director of Affordable Housing at SEND, a nonprofit community development corporation. Over the course of 5 years, he and his team developed two multi-family affordable rental projects and 25 grant funded single-family homes that were sold to low-income households.

Josh is committed to harnessing his professional experience and varied skillset to maximize the MIBOR REALTOR® Foundation’s impact on homelessness in Central Indiana.  As Executive Director of the Foundation, he will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to expand the organization’s reach and identify innovative new avenues of investment.

Josh is also conversationally proficient in Spanish, loves science fiction movies, enjoys sitting by a bonfire, takes frequent road trips, and finds peace while relaxing at home with his partner and his bulldog Spud.
