Member Experience Specialist
Kate joined MIBOR’s Member Experience team in January 2025 as a MIBOR Experience Specialist. Kate provides support to the entire membership, ensuring everyone who calls is seen and cared for efficiently and holistically. Before joining MIBOR, Kate spent over 20 years in various customer service and IT Support roles. Within these roles, she loved the ability to creatively solve problems and provide a listening ear when people need it.
In her free time, Kate enjoys all things football but especially enjoys college football. She has always loved professional football, but she married into an Auburn family and immediately fell in love with how chaotic and unpredictable college football is. Kate’s favorite part of working for MIBOR is the company’s culture, everyone is always genuinely smiling and ready to help each other.
