Kim joined MIBOR’s Help Desk team in May 2024 as an Account Manager. After troubleshooting alongside members and assisting with technology trainings, Kim realized the best part of the job is the REALTORS®. In January 2025, she transitioned into the new Member Experience Specialist role. She approaches every day full of joy and focuses on ensuring members are well cared for when reaching out to MIBOR, whatever the reason may be.

Before joining MIBOR, Kim worked as an account manager for over 14 years facilitating communication within two of the largest hospitals in Indiana and Kentucky. In her free time, Kim enjoys playing card and board games with family as well as binge watching her favorite crime documentaries, 20/20 and Dateline. Kim’s favorite part of working for MIBOR is learning new industry acronyms and connecting with the incredible members.
