Lacey Everett

Director of Political Affairs

Lacey began her career at MIBOR in November 2011 in the Communications department. Prior to MIBOR, Lacey managed digital communications for Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard and served at Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration. She also led Steve Collier’s successful mayoral campaign in Lawrence. With her extensive background in advocacy, she transitioned perfectly into her current role as Director of Political Affairs. In this role she manages fundraising and facilitation for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). RPAC is solely focused on real estate issues, promoting and protecting homeownership and defending private property rights.

A lifelong political advocate, Lacey spends time outside the office on advocacy initiatives such as serving as President of the IndyGo Foundation board, in addition to her other interests including coffee, cats and fashion.

There are many reasons Lacey has built her career at MIBOR, citing it as a phenomenal organization where impact can be made and seen daily. She believes REALTORS® are some of the fiercest advocates in the country and finds everyday rewarding when fighting for these issues. As a team, MIBOR staff are the kindest, most uplifting and hardworking individuals she has ever worked with.
