Our Team

Maddie joined the MIBOR team in February 2021, joining the Government and Community Relations team as the Economic and Community Development Liaison. In her role, Maddie manages MIBOR’s economic and community development efforts. The majority of her work consists of creating connections and partnerships with economic and community development partners, managing the MIBOR Community Impact Initiative and the MIBOR Economic Development Council and working with MIBOR members to increase their understanding of MIBOR’s economic and community development efforts. In additional to her role, Maddie serves as the staff liaison for the MIBOR Global Advisory Group.

Through undergraduate school and after, Maddie worked as the Project Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity of Madison County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. Maddie’s favorite part about working for MIBOR is getting to make a difference in our communities alongside our members.
