Our Team

Maria joined MIBOR as the Professional Development Director in June 2022. In her role, she plans and directs all of MIBOR’s educational offerings, including Raise the Bar, the MPRO Certification Program and the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL). She also serves as staff liaison for the DEI Committee and MIBOR liaison to the Central Indiana Realtist Association (CIRA).

Prior to joining MIBOR, Maria worked in higher education for 10 years in various roles related to residence life, student conduct, and compliance. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family, cheering on Notre Dame sports teams, checking out local restaurants, and exploring all central Indiana has to offer. Maria’s favorite thing about MIBOR is the wonderful community of members and staff.
