Our Team

Mary joined MIBOR in March 2022 as the Professional Standards and Compliance Specialist. As part of the Professional Standards team, she helps to promote REALTOR® professionalism with members who are engaged with consumers and/or other members in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining MIBOR, Mary spent most of her career in the REALTOR® organization in AE Leadership Development at NAR’s headquarters in Chicago. Most recently she was the AE at the Columbia County Board of REALTORS® in Scappoose, Oregon. Prior to that she worked for the Oregon Association of REALTORS®.

Golden retrievers are Mary’s favorite! She enjoys an active lifestyle, traveling and immersing herself in every experience, whether hiking the Rockies or exploring different cultures in other parts of the country. Living near the Indiana Dunes National Park, she is a big fan of the great outdoors. She volunteers with local conservation groups and serves on her Town’s Planning Commission. Mary’s favorite part about working for MIBOR is knowing that she is part of an amazing team of colleagues that work together to serve REALTOR® members and the public, thereby bringing the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice to life on a daily basis.
