Our Team

Portia Goodman joined the Broker Listing Cooperative® (BLC®) team at MIBOR in May 2025 as the Technology Training and Outreach Specialist. In this role, she develops and leads live, virtual, and self-paced training sessions to support members in maximizing their use of MIBOR’s technology tools. Her goal is to help real estate professionals work more efficiently and effectively while better serving their clients.

Before joining MIBOR, Portia served as a Technical Training Specialist across a range of industries including e-commerce, procurement, document management, public relations, and automation systems. She supported clients around the globe, helping them adopt and make the most of complex software solutions. Earlier in her career, she taught Computer Science and STEAM courses in public schools throughout the greater Chicago area.

Portia brings to MIBOR a deep technical expertise and a passion for empowering professionals through education. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to audiobooks, and staying active as a runner and cyclist.
