Sara joined MIBOR as the Vice President of Administration in July 2025. Sara is a strategic operations leader who focuses on building scalable systems, optimizing cross-functional workflows and aligning administrative functions with long-term business goals to ensure the MIBOR organization runs seamlessly. She is excited about joining the MIBOR team and the opportunity to foster close-knit, collaborative relationships with people who are united by shared values.

Prior to joining MIBOR, Sara worked in administrative leadership in private law practice. Sara brings a unique blend of experience in strategic planning, financial stewardship, and human capital management. She is eager to combine her operational agility and technology integration with her passion for empowering teams to build a strong and supportive workforce that will enhance the value and impact of the MIBOR enterprise. In her free time Sara enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with her dogs, and reading.
