Our Team

Shelley has served as CEO of MIBOR REALTOR® Association and the Broker Listing Cooperative®, since 2017. With over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry, she brought her desire to build and foster strong relationships and her dedication to a culture of excellence to MIBOR, complementing our strong tradition of community involvement. Shelley began her career in the real estate industry with the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® in 1994 and has since spent her career rising through the ranks of the industry, serving as CEO of the Northern Nevada Regional MLS prior to joining MIBOR.

Always looking for ways to improve the industry, Shelley has lent her expertise to many real estate committees and boards over the years. Shelley has served as the President of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), the national trade organization that serves to advance the MLS industry and was elected to serve on its Board of Directors. She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS® and continues to participate on several NAR MLS committees and industry advisory committees.

Together with leadership, Shelley and her MIBOR team focus on issues most impactful to their members’ businesses, homeownership, and the efficiency of the real estate marketplace. Shelley’s greatest joy is spending time with her loving husband and daughter.
