Our Team

Tracy first joined the Professional Services department at MIBOR in November 2013, moving up the ranks to her current role as Director of Professional Services in 2022. Tracy provides members and consumers problem resolution assistance as well as information on license law, the Code of Ethics and education. She is the staff liaison to the Professional Standards Committee, Boone County Division and Past Presidents Master Mind Council.

With over 25 years of experience, Tracy has spent the majority of her career in the real estate industry working at several brokerages prior to her 11-year tenure with MIBOR. Tracy loves to hike, read, attend concerts, listen to true crime podcasts and try new recipes. Tracy believes that working with and helping our members, leadership, internal culture, values, personal growth opportunities, and co-workers (that become friends) all make MIBOR a great place to work.
