Help Desk Specialist
Wood Rene joined MIBOR in January 2026, and serves on the Help Desk team, assisting members by answering questions about MIBOR’s tools and troubleshooting technical issues. In this role, Wood helps ensure that users have a smooth and supported experience across MIBOR’s platforms.
Wood holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy and an associate degree in Cybersecurity, combining a people‑centered background with strong technical foundations.
Outside of work, Wood enjoys spending weekends playing basketball and soccer with friends and catching the latest movies at the theater.
Wood values the supportive and patient environment at MIBOR, especially as he grows into his first help desk role. He appreciates that colleagues are always willing to help and that asking questions never feels like a burden.
