As a MIBOR member, you are part of a base of more than 10,000 members strong. You have access to a staff that is dedicated to your success and the success of the REALTOR®. And, as part of your three-tiered membership, you have access to and support from the state and national REALTOR® associations – IAR and NAR.
MIBOR REALTOR® Association empowers members and strengthens the marketplace in central Indiana through collaboration, advocacy, professionalism, education, and innovation.
If you’re not at the table, you’re on the menu. This statement couldn’t be truer when it comes to protecting your industry and homeownership and strengthening our communities. MIBOR and its advocacy staff work hard to ensure your voice is heard.
MIBOR monitors local government in the 12-county area, and builds relationships and lobbies elected officials to support legislation that positively impacts the community and combat legislation that adversely impacts your business.
Additionally, MIBOR places high importance upon our continued involvement with economic and community development because we know it directly impacts the strength of our communities and the sustainability of the real estate industry. Through the economic and community development council, MIBOR invests in organizations and initiatives that build and maintain inclusive and vibrant communities, attract, develop and retain a skilled regional workforce and work towards the attraction and retention of quality jobs for central Indiana.

MIBOR REALTOR® Association understands the importance of the professionalism of its members.
Your membership provides you with avenues designed to increase your professionalism and mitigate grievances you may face by offering services such as, mediation, arbitration, ombuds, and our professionalism program, MPRO.
By offering a wide variety of solutions to issues and disputes that can arise between REALTORS or REALTORS and their clients, we ensure an efficient and conflict free marketplace while helping consumers continue to appreciate the value of a REALTOR® in every transaction.
